THINK AND GROW RICH ( LEADER AND FOLLOWERS)

There are essentially two types of people in the universe. One individual was able to lead a group of people because they had leadership skills. The following traits enable a leader to think clearly when they are present in one individual. Depending on their level of freedom of decision, people fall into one of these two categories. People occasionally perform both jobs. The majority of outstanding leaders start out as followers by effectively following the leader.

The important factor that needs to be remembered as a leader

·       Stability and courage: People have historically followed leaders who displayed great bravery and self-assurance. not only celebrated them after they passed away but continued to follow them. The unwise followers allowed the ineffective boss to rule.

·       Self control : Self-control and intelligence are essential qualities for leaders. You have a tendency to control yourself, which causes you to control others, if you want to be a leader.

·        A keen sense of justice :Shakespeare once said that at the fifth stage of growth, a man can become a fair judge. Being a fair judge is essential because those individuals must have been regarded by the followers.

·       Decision-making clarity: A leader must be steady in their choices. In terms of your choice, have confidence.

·       Definiteness of plan: to be confident in your decision, you have to plan your work and make it work. There is no choice for  guessing .be practical

·        The habit of doing more than paid for :one of the penalties of being a leader is to do more than they require for assistance. so have specific knowledge about your work.

·        A pleasing personality: having a factor of pleasing personality, your personality plays a vital role in leadership. You had to have high-grade qualities that were admired by many more people.

·        Sympathy and understanding : having sympathy and understanding toward your follower and being able to solve their problem as a leader

·       Mastery of the details : Effective leaders are known for their mastery of the minute details related to the leadership post

·        Willingness to assume full responsibility: When your follower makes a mistake, you have to consider it your fault and try to solve it. A successful leader must fill in to solve their problems and their followers' problems; if you try to shift toward others, you are no longer a leader.

·       Cooperation : Genuineness dictates that having your follower's cooperation makes the task simpler to complete, and it is even more effective if you have the ability to convince your follower to do the same as you do. Leaders are aware of their influence, which necessitates cooperation.

There are two forms of leadership.

  • One leader has sympathy for and good conduct towards their followers.
  • Other leaders had no sympathy and had a forceful manner in their leadership.

The history of the world has been filled with lots of dictators and cruel kings, and they have all disappeared or had their downfall, which means people only follow dictatorships temporarily, but they have no will to do so. The person who becomes a leader treats others with content and respect equally as much as they can. They get huge respect and praise from every individual, and they have followed the above 11 factors.
